To process your request, we collect your identity, contact details, nationality and country of residence, your travellers' information, your application documents (including the identity page of your passport) and your payment history.

On the site, we also collect the information you enter in the visa request form, the request forms and the contact form.

Building and tracking your files, booking appointments, payment and invoicing, sending notifications related to your file (WhatsApp, SMS, email), answering your requests and, with your consent, commercial information.

No audience measurement tool or advertising pixel is activated before your consent in the dedicated banner. Your choice is kept for six months in a cookie and can be changed at any time from the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies (session, language, display currency, consent) do not require consent.

Passport numbers are encrypted in the database; files are stored in a private space and served through time-limited signed links; every received file is checked (real type, antivirus). No bank card data passes through our site.

Application documents are kept for 24 months after closure, then deleted. Invoicing data is kept according to accounting obligations.

You can access your data, correct it, request its export or deletion, and withdraw your consent to commercial information (STOP keyword by WhatsApp). Write to contact@soratravel.com.
